Honey Oatmeal Natural Bar Shave Soap – Patrice Kemp-McCullough

Hello Ladies!!! I am back,
So here is the recipe for my Honey Oatmeal Natural Bar Shave Soap.
  • 1 Bar (16oz) Melt and Pour Soap Base. ( I used Natural SFIC Aloe Vera Glycerin Melt and Pour Soap Base -but I purchase Shea/Honey for my next batch)
  • 1-2 TBLS. of Grapeseed oil
  • 2 TBLS of Kaolin Clay
  • 1 TBLS of Raw Honey
  • 1 TBLS of oatmeal
  1. Grate soap and on low heat, melt soap down with oil. It will take a while, so be patient and stir often.
  2. Once melted, stir in the kaolin clay (this makes a richer lather and is great for the skin).
  3. Pour into molds (I used an empty Vita Coco container because it was my first time and I had a small order to fill), or old mugs.
  4. Sprinkle the oatmeal and let set for several days until it re-hardens ( I let it cure for like 3 days because I needed to package it for pick up!.)
Will last months and will cure more over time, making it longer lasting.
